Online check-in is mandatory and requires filling out a registration form with your data and uploading a photo of your identity card or passport. The data will be stored for a maximum of 1 year and will not be used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties. We can only send you the access codes to your apartment after you have completed the online check-in. You can complete the online check-in at any time between your booking confirmation and the day of arrival.

Our check-out time is 10 am to allow our cleaning staff enough time to meet our cleaning standards. If you need a late check-out, please contact our manager to discuss availability.

Please leave the key in the same box you found it during check-in. If no box was available, please leave the key on the table in the apartment and close the door.

Cancellation fee depends on your booking rate. If you booked a flexible rate, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you booked a non-refundable rate, free cancellation is not available. You will be charged the total booking amount in case of cancellation or no-show.

We can provide you with an invoice on the day of your check-out. If you have any special changes to the invoice, please contact our customer service.
